With a Bachelor of Building from UNSW completed in 1989, Mac Brown has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. With a career beginning with large construction companies such as Jennings, Fletcher, Multiplex, and Mainbrace Constructions, where I established my reputation by delivering large, complex projects.
My project management experience spans high-rise developments, housing estates, private hospitals, aged care facilities, and shopping complexes, including ongoing renovations of Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets while the stores remained operational.
Over the past decade, MRB Project Management (t/a A Builder Broker) was founded, a highly respected, independent client advisory and project management company. We provide comprehensive project and construction management services and sales to the property development sector.
With over 30 years of experience in construction and development, I bring extensive and varied knowledge in managing and leading teams through all project stages: optimisation, feasibility studies, design, construction, delivery, and sales.
Now, as a Builder Broker, my focus is on providing client advisory services to individuals building their own homes or undertaking small development or investment projects - role traditionally reserved for large corporations on commercial projects.
My capability is further enhanced by my involvement in delivering diverse projects in various and challenging locations globally. A key management principle I uphold is working closely with clients at every stage of the project to ensure clear expectations and quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.
With a strong background in sales, growth and sales management - we provide a turn-key solution to optimise profits for our project partners and buyers alike.
